Fortnite’s challenges are beginning to get…pretty interesting in season 5. Here’s a roadmap I made that shows what flaming hoop locations are already spotted up to now, many of which have gone up above existing ramps who have always been there:
So far we have now:

Three or four scattered around Stunt Mountain south of Pleasant Park
One in the umbrella divot west of Lazy Links
One south of Lazy Links
One at the road at the south of Snobby Shores
One nearby the road for the way to Flush Factory
One in the tunnel south of Tomato Town
One right on the desert/grass split west of Paradise Palms
One on the far side of the desert east of Paradise Palms
One about the bridge the west of Paradise Palms
More into the future, more than likely. You can also visit a lot of these in the air, considering how large they are and the way brightly they burn.

And here’s what among the flaming hoop set-ups seem like when you get there yourself. They’re tough to miss:
I’m uncertain if you'll find reliable current maps for shopping cart solution and ATK spawns, but I feel that most of these locations needs to have one or both somewhat nearby if Epic isn’t being cruel. Build up enough speed, head for that ramp, pray you are aiming true and…also pray that nobody shoots you. These kinds of challenges that get you wildly beyond normal Fortnite gameplay are a great way to die on the hands of mean folks who could care less with regards to you completing challenges.

My advice? As is most of the case for a lots of these challenges, accomplish this in 50v50. You will likely find a very good amount of rings with your “side” from the map, based on spawns, and you'll be able to also probably hitch a ride together with your teammates that are also hoping to get these challenges done on or near launch day.
